Executive Coaching
Become The Leader You’re Capable Of Being
- Clear Goals. Real Metrics
- Honest Outside Perspective
- Built Around You
You probably already have what you need to solve the challenges in front of you.
The harder part is seeing yourself clearly enough to know what needs to change, and then following through. That’s where executive coaching comes in. It’s the one relationship in your work built entirely around you.
We’ll help you define where you want to go and build a practical process for getting there. No pep talks. Just measurable goals, honest accountability, and growth you can see.
Coaching Starts With Where You Are
You can’t map a route if you don’t know where you’re starting. So we’ll begin with how you operate today, not just where you’d like to be a year from now.
Most leaders who come to Veritas already know who they’d like to become. They just can’t see the path from here to there. We’ll help you find it.

Your title matters less than your willingness to grow.
The best coaching relationships start with someone ready to look honestly at where they are, accept feedback, and do the work.
What To Expect From The Coaching Process
Every client is different, so your coaching won’t follow a script. For business owners, it often starts with a dashboard and a monthly review rhythm so you can see the business clearly.
Set The Targets
We identify what you want to accomplish over the coming year and turn it into clear goals and metrics. Then we look at what’s standing in the way.
Build Momentum
Meetings happen more often early on while we learn your situation. Some changes will be obvious fast, and you may find things you can do differently tomorrow.
Sustain The Work
Other changes take longer. That's why we approach coaching as sustained development rather than a short-term fix. Over time, meetings shift to longer monthly conversations, with calls and emails in between.
Understand Your Strengths And Blind Spots
You’ll also need language for understanding yourself. Gallup CliftonStrengths is one tool we use to create it.
The assessment helps you name your natural talents, understand why you approach situations the way you do, and see where the qualities that make you effective in one area create challenges in another.
A very sharp knife cuts through anything. The metal that makes it sharp is also brittle.
Knowing what you do well, and where that same strength creates a blind spot, gives you a stronger foundation for growth. The traits that make someone an outstanding salesperson don’t automatically make them an outstanding sales manager.
Get The Perspective You Can’t Give Yourself
The higher you move in an organization, the more people filter what they tell you. And you’re making decisions from inside the situation you need to evaluate.
A coach sees it differently. You’ll have someone who asks the questions you don’t ask yourself:
That honesty can lead to breakthroughs you won’t reach by staying comfortable.
You Could Do It Yourself. But are you?
You can read the books, take the assessments, set your own goals, and hold yourself accountable. In theory, you can do most of this without a coach.
Knowing what to do doesn’t mean you’ll do it. Coaching adds the perspective, the process, and the person who makes sure intention turns into action.
One client came to coaching saying, “I can’t have my parents’ life.” We built a business plan together. Within five months, revenue had tripled, and the problem had changed from making money to managing it and hiring the right people. That’s what a process with metrics does.
