Leadership Development Training
Build Leaders Who Know How to Lead
- Practical Leadership Skills
- Highly Interactive Training
- Built For Teams
Promoting someone into management doesn’t teach them how to lead.
Even experienced managers struggle with communication, employee evaluations, hard conversations, accountability, or simply knowing what their role requires.
Veritas gives leaders in Warsaw, Kosciusko County, and Allen County the time, tools, and structure to lead on purpose. The goal isn’t more leadership vocabulary. It’s people who know who they are, what they’re responsible for, and how well they’re doing it.
Leadership Happens In Everyday Moments
It’s how you run a meeting. It’s the way you give feedback. It’s whether your employees know what you expect, and whether you have the hard conversation instead of avoiding it.
Most managers were never taught those things. We’ll help them learn, apply it at work, and come back ready to build on it.

Who Is Leadership Training For?
Veritas works with leaders at every level, and groups them by level whenever possible so people can speak openly about what they’re actually facing.
Frontline Managers
leading a team for the first time
Supervisors
running daily operations
Managers
developing their people
Directors
leading other leaders
Nonprofit Executives
bringing business principles to mission work
Nonprofit Boards
clarifying what the board owns
We avoid putting direct reports in a room with their managers.
That one decision gives people the freedom to discuss the challenges they’re really facing, which is where the learning happens.
What To Expect From Leadership Training
Instead of bringing in a speaker for a one-time presentation, we work with cohorts over time.
Learn Together
Cohorts of 7 to 12 people meet about once a month for up to two hours. Sessions are interactive: participants talk, think, and work through real situations rather than listening to a lecture.
Apply It At Work
Every session opens by reviewing the last round of action items, introduces new material, and closes with clear next steps to take back to the job.
Build On It
Engagements run at least six months, because leaders need time to learn something, try it, evaluate what happened, and come back ready to go further.
Leadership Development Workshops
Sometimes your team needs to dig into one skill. Veritas offers focused workshops built around the situations managers face every day, with an emphasis on what participants can do differently when they get back to work.
Nonprofit & Board Training
Good boards need clarity as much as good management teams do. Veritas helps nonprofit boards understand what they’re responsible for, what they aren’t, and how to contribute with confidence.
We also coach nonprofit executives directly, bringing the same principles we use with business leaders into the nonprofit environment.
Create A Shared Language
When managers have common ways to talk about expectations, communication, goals, and performance, they reinforce the culture your organization wants to build.
Over time, that creates leaders who don’t just react. They step back, think it through, decide, evaluate the outcome, and adjust.
Develop Stronger Leaders At Every Level
Your managers, executives, and board members already shape your culture and performance. The question is whether you’re helping them do it better on purpose.
Give your leaders skills they’ll use long after the training ends.
