What To Expect From The Veritas Circle
The Veritas Circle gives leaders a place where they don’t have to be the person in charge. The group has its own structure, expectations, and rhythm.
12 Times A Year
The Circle meets 12 times a year for about four hours. Enough time to go deeper than a lunch conversation and work through real leadership issues.
Follow A Format
Meetings include a devotional, member spotlights, best practices, curriculum, roundtable discussion, and small-group or quarterly team conversations.
Show Up Ready
Meetings start on time and follow a defined format. Members take the commitment seriously, which creates a room where senior leaders can participate without having to control it.
A Christian-Informed Approach To Business
The Veritas Circle is distinctly Christian, but members don’t have to be Christians to participate. They do need to understand the environment: meetings open and close with prayer and devotional time, and faith shapes the conversation.
The group doesn’t exist to debate theology. It exists so leaders can talk honestly about business, profit, people, and responsibility with others who share the values behind those decisions.
Part Of The Kingdom Factor Network
The Veritas Circle is a Kingdom Factor peer group. Kingdom Factor is a national community of more than 600 Christian business leaders, built on a leadership model that develops relational leadership, personal integrity, and operational excellence together.
That means the Circle isn’t a local experiment. It follows a proven format, uses Kingdom Factor curriculum, and is led by a coach trained to facilitate it. You get the structure of a national network with the relationships of a local room.
Structure Creates Better Conversations
Strong groups need more than good people in the room. They need expectations. If you’re late, the group doesn’t stop and restart because you arrived.
That may sound small, but it lets members focus on listening, contributing, and working through issues together instead of managing the room.
