Matt Goebel

Matt Goebel founded Veritas Professional Development to help leaders build strong organizations through better leadership, management, and soft-skill development. As owner and lead coach, he works with business owners, executives, managers, and nonprofit leaders throughout Warsaw and Kosciusko County who want to grow and are willing to do the work.

His path didn’t start in a corporate training room. He began his career at a church of nearly 3,500 attendees, serving as Children’s Pastor and Teaching Pastor while completing graduate studies in theology, then became the first chaplain at his local YMCA, where he began coaching professionally. Those years gave him thousands of hours teaching, communicating, and helping people through hard decisions.

Matt’s background is in ministry, but his coaching isn’t tied to any denomination or tradition. He’s ecumenical by conviction and works with leaders from every background.
